a ricer is a car that is basicly a piece of crap car and that person only added half a body kit or has a body kit but the kit if a diff color and they keep it that way, or they have a very loud muffle tip or muffle that sounds like a coffee can or a angery lawn mower. thats basicly half of what a ricer is from what my friends told me.
