VEXEL: Vector / Pixel hybrid - [link]

A collaborative effort with my Italian connection; Maurizio Mancin. After seeing a number of GT-R Proto photochops, we knew we had to do the ultimate bad-ass Super GT racer. Working from press photos of Nissan's GT-R prototype [link] , Maurizio set pencil to paper and sketched out the basis for our Super GT race version.

I took his scanned pencil sketch and did my vexel thing with it. Wheels are modeled in 3D Studio MAX especially for this image. The remainder of the paint, graphics, reflections and detail is accomplished with Photoshop CS2.

Mazda RX7s are next... holy shit are they ever cool looking!

In real life, the new GTR looks wierd. But yours makes it look so good! Any chances of you doing an R32 in dark green/jade one day?
