Really came out well. Those trash bags in the back are a bit pixelated and distracting though.

As a person that knows bikes and likes Yamaha in particular (I'm a bike mechanic in the analog world) This looks very good. I have not yet seen the new V-Max in person, but have seen some pictures and this corresponds well to what I have seen.

Kudos on nailing the V-Max logo and the Yamaha colors. Particularly that Bronze-ish brown that they like to use on the engines. The silver paint that kinda shines, but not really looks very good too.

Over all the modeling is excellent. There are two things I see that stick out to me and probably a bike guy is the only one that will notice. The clutch lever seems to be attached to the switch housing, not the master cylinder, and the brake lines seem kinda small. Unless they a braided stainless lines, they are typically about 5\8 to 3\4 of an inch in diameter, for your reference.

Very nice job! I always love to see something modeled other than a Harley. Keep up the good work.
