Vexel: Vector-Pixel Hybrid

I just love the squat bulldog stance and unique headlights of the Subaru Impreza WRX. This bright metallic blue job is probably what I'd be driving if cash were no object. 3D wheels ere created in MAX and rendered with a toon rendering plug-in, the rest is all Photoshop creation.

Sweet! It almost looks like a real photo! Took me a minute to realize it wasn't. Very life-like.

To be old and wise, you must first be young and stupid.

Very nice man! How can you make so many vexels in such a short time? :P
They allways look liek you've spend ages. Love the interior onthis one. Background
is awesome too. Make it stand out more.

They typically take a coule of days, though some I've been able to do in a single day. I work fast, I guess. Also a big lull in work has coincided with a burst of creativity, so I've been able to devote long days to art creation.

Thanks for posting your WIPs. I've been wanting to see how you go through everything. Fantastic final result, by the way, as always.

your attention to detail is astounding... i mean, even the cooling apparatus in front of the intercooler...

I've seen similar setups for both oil and nitrous. Which one is this?
